MINO Lab
The MINO Wellbeing Lab (Mobilizing Indigenous Narratives and Outlooks) is grounded in community-engaged Indigenous health research that is guided by community priorities and relationships.
Mino is an Anishnaabe word that shares a sense of good, good intent, and wellbeing.
Our activities seek to bring this perspective into a wisdom seeking approach for engaged listening, learning and research. Our current efforts focus on liver wellness and hepatitis C in building capacity that supports community-driven positive impact, wellness based initiatives, and greater health awareness to transform the structures that impact Indigenous health and wellbeing.
